What could have been a horrible predicament was made tolerable and even pleasant by your personnel. On the evening of June 13th, my husband and I just sat down for our evening meal and our air conditioner started to cut on and mad a strange sound. Even though we have never had any trouble with the unit, we both knew right away that it was the motor. Fortunately for us, we are adding an addition to our home and your employed were here finishing an installation of the new Heil for that addition. My husband mentioned that it sounded like the motor just failed and one of your technicians looked at it and confirmed our worse fear. However, he said he would locate a motor on Tuesday morning and have your service tech deliver and install it.
About the middle of the day today, James arrived with the new motor. He assessed the situation and had the new mortor installed in no time. All of this was impressive enough, but James’s knowledge. adeptness and attitude impressed us even more. He was so nice, firendly, and helpful that he made what could have been a most unpleasant experiance more tolerable. We have encountered quite a lot of people while undergoing this addition and I must say the with James’s outlook and attitude, he could give lessions in great customer service. I am sure you must already know what an asset he is.
Since we have an installation of your new Heil, we certenly look forwad to foing with with you….although not too often we hope, since we hope the Heil will give us years of reliable service.
